Each of the 99 TRA's can elect 2 delegates to attend KFTRA meetings and the AGM. The Management Committee is elected every year at the AGM. We elect 5 officers, the Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary, Treasurer and Publicity Officer.
We also elect 6 Board members from each of the 4 Neighbourhoods in Kirklees giving us a management committee of 29 volunteers.

All our Board members are issued with a management pack including a job description and all KFTRA policies. They must attend an induction and Equality & Diversity Training within 3 months of joining the organisation.
All our management committee meetings are open and you are welcome to attend. Please ring the office or email to inform us if you wish to attend so we can arrange for you to be welcomed.
