This new scheme is being developed by KNH, Kirklees Council & the NHS. Funding has been made available through the National Lottery, Kirklees Health Policy Team& KNH to run the project through to March 2014.
The main aims of the project are to help tenants and residents improve their health and wellbeing by growing their own food.
